We participate with most insurance companies including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health America, Aetna, United Health Care and Medicare. When you come into the office, we can check on your particular insurance and tell you exactly what your copay and deductible will be. Most insurance companies do not require referrals.
Please remember that insurance is a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor. It is not a substitute payment. Some companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures and others pay a percentage of the charge. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance, or other balance not paid by your insurance company.
